Refund & Reschedule Policy

We value your time and energy, and appreciate your understanding of the following policies:

Akashic Consultations

Reschedules & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule up to 72 hours before your session. Reschedules must be completed through Acuity Scheduling. You will find a link to make changes in your appointment confirmation email.

  • You may cancel up to 72 hours before your session and receive a 95% refund. The small amount retained covers payment processing fees which are not returned by the processors (Stripe and Paypal). Cancelations must be completed through Acuity Scheduling. You will find a link to make changes in your appointment confirmation email.

  • Changes cannot be made within 72 hours and after this time appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-Shows

  • Missed sessions are considered forfeited and are not refundable.

Refunds

  • Sessions are non-refundable once completed.

  • Appointments cancelled with at least 72 hours’ notice will receive a 95% refund. The small amount retained covers payment processing fees which are not returned by the processors (Stripe and Paypal). Cancellations must be completed through Acuity Scheduling. Group Courses

  • Courses are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

  • Courses are non-transferable.

  • Recordings are provided in the case that live sessions are missed.

Gift & Bundle Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are fully transferable, and you may gift them to whomever you like.

  • Consultations and courses must be booked by the individual receiving the consultation or content, using the certificate code provided.
