Refund & Reschedule Policy

We value your time and energy, and appreciate your understanding of the following policies:

Reschedules & Cancellations

• You may reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before your session. Changes must be made through acuity scheduling. You will find a link to make changes in your appointment confirmation email.

• Changes cannot be made within 72 hours and after this time appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-Shows

• Missed sessions are considered forfeited and are not refundable

Refunds

• Sessions are non-refundable once completed

• Refunds for canceled appointments are issued with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations must be completed through acuity scheduling. You will find a link to make changes in your appointment confirmation email.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates are transferable, and you may gift them to whomever you like.
